Installation
For Ionic 3” Nerf Bars have three brackets and each bracket is mounted on the rocker panel with two bolts, one for the top and one for the rocker. They have a recessed step platform protecting you from slipping off.
Havoc HS2 Hoop side steps comes with brackets already welded on the bar. It has a rugged, off-road look with wide plates and grip for slide resistance.
AMP Research Power Step installation starts with putting together the motor onto bracket and tightening the bolts to fasten the brackets. Install the first idler bracket by bolting the U-nut. Install the second bracket with the motor on. Plug in the controller module in the harness and test the pickup truck running board.
